This trial is looking at nivolumab, relatlimab and chemotherapy for non small cell lung cancer that has spread or come back. It is comparing this to pembrolizumab and chemotherapy.

It is for people who:

are having their first treatment for non small cell lung cancer that has spread to another part of the body or has come back
have a type of non small cell lung cancer called non squamous cell
have cancer cells with a small amount of the PD-L1 protein on their surface
